Accepting a ride request
Open your Yugo Partner App and Go Online
You have 30 seconds to accept a ride.
Tap to ACCEPT and proceed to pick up your customer.
Tap ARRIVE to let your passenger know you are the pick up point.
Once your passenger is comfortably seated, tap START RIDE.
When you reach the final destination, tap END RIDE.
Tap SEND RECEIPT and wait for your customer to pay* accordingly.
* Your customer can pay through his/her Wallet, by credit card or in cash.
Tap to confirm payment and rate your passenger to complete the ride.
